About the role

This part‑time RN position provides direct patient care in a medical‑surgical and telemetry setting, following the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. The RN leads the nursing process, delegates tasks, and ensures quality outcomes while respecting cultural diversity.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Registered nurse diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
No prior work experience required.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
