About the role
Rothy’s is seeking a Retail Ambassador to represent the brand on the sales floor at Woodbury Commons. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and support a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class service rooted in Rothy’s values, showcasing product expertise.
- Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals through clienteling.
- Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older with previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, passion for service, and ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
