Store Manager - Woodbury Common

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Woodbury Common location, ensuring an exceptional omnichannel experience for customers while driving sales, service quality, and overall store growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team to meet quality standards and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Analyze commercial indicators, define action plans, and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse management, and merchandise rotation to maximize sales efficiency.
• Manage customer complaints, CRM activities, and ensure proper omnichannel procedures.
• Lead talent management: set goals, conduct evaluations, coach staff, and drive recruitment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and menswear trends.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
