About the role
Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador in Austin, TX, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying the brand’s sustainable values on the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide best‑in‑class service, leveraging product knowledge to drive personal and team sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and personalized assistance.
- Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
Required profile
- 18 years of age or older with a passion for service and sustainability.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and safely use ladders or step stools.
Required skills
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience (preferred).
