About the role
Luna is a tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform founded in 2018, partnering with major health systems to connect licensed therapists with patients. It is looking for a part-time physical therapist who will provide one-on-one outpatient treatment in patients' homes, matching with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive.
Key responsibilities
- Treat each patient through their full plan of care in their home
- Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients
- Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
- Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app, with no OASIS or start-of-care paperwork
Required profile
- Active, state-specific physical therapy license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Liability insurance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
