Part-Time Pediatrician (CA License) – Remote

About the role

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD, by building a virtual clinic that delivers trusted care to families across the United States. The role offers a remote, part‑time opportunity for a California‑licensed pediatrician to join a multidisciplinary team focused on innovative, evidence‑based treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD, including diagnosis and medication management.
• Collaborate with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and iteration to optimize care delivery.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• Minimum five years of patient‑care experience.
• Experience working with culturally diverse families.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine.
• Comfort using electronic medical records and telemedicine tools.
• Enthusiasm for a startup environment and new technologies.

What we offer

• Clinical compensation of $136‑$178 per hour.
• Administrative time paid at $25 per hour.
• Flexible scheduling across Pacific Time zones, including evenings and weekends.
