Part-Time Operations Supervisor – Traverse Mountain

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Operations Supervisor for its Traverse Mountain outlet in Lehi, Utah. The supervisor will help drive sales, coach associates and ensure daily store operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach store associates.
• Compliance with Levi’s store policies and ability to follow management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
