Part-Time Operations Key Holder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Operations Key Holder to join its Cherry Creek store in Denver. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational readiness.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, fitting, and checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Coach and train team members on Levi’s selling practices and customer service.
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lb) and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well with teammates.
• Ability to follow store policies, procedures, and management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
