About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Service Supervisor to lead the Cherry Creek store in Denver. You will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance and support.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and visual presentation.
• Ensure a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to all Levi’s policies, procedures, and program requirements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, move frequently, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
