About the role

The Department of World Languages and Cultures seeks a part‑time lecturer to teach Hebrew language and culture courses at elementary, intermediate and advanced levels. Appointments are made on a per‑term basis and may be offered throughout the year depending on enrollment.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver Hebrew language courses (elementary to advanced) and culture‑focused classes taught in English.
Maintain course materials, assess student performance, and provide feedback in alignment with departmental standards.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Hebrew, Linguistics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
Previous teaching experience at the college level.
Valid U.S. work authorization for the entire appointment (no visa sponsorship provided).
