About the role
The Department of Economics at Northeastern University seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate and/or graduate economics courses on the Boston campus on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver assigned economics classes.
- Administer exams and grade student work.
- Hold appropriate office hours for student support.
- Maintain course records and related administrative duties.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in Economics preferred; Master’s degree required for undergraduate teaching.
- College‑level teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain valid U.S. work authorization throughout the appointment.
