Part-Time Leasing Professional (Serena Village)

About the role

The Serena Village community in Fontana is seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in processes while supporting resident satisfaction throughout their lease.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and manage leasing data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm (subject to change).
• Proficiency with Yardi or other CRM systems.
