Part-Time Leasing Professional – Elle at The Medical Center

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Leasing Professional to join the Elle at The Medical Center community in Houston. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the on‑site team.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
