Part-Time Leasing Professional – Avana Parkway

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Avana Parkway community in Orlando on a part‑time basis. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities from prospect qualification to lease signing.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Proactive in staying informed about market trends and community occupancy goals.
• Comfortable using property management software and internet marketing tools.
