Part-Time Housekeeper – South Meadows

About the role

We are looking for a reliable part‑time Housekeeper to keep our South Meadows community clean and welcoming. The role involves maintaining the appearance of vacant apartments, the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms and other shared amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to ensure market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Monitor cleaning‑supply inventory and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to respond to on‑call needs.
