Part-time Housekeeper for Vacant Apartments

About the role
This part‑time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing offices and shared amenities at a Greystar‑managed property in Albuquerque.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
- Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with make‑ready tasks as needed.
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
