About the role
The Host greets and escorts guests to restaurant tables, ensuring a welcoming experience that aligns with the resort’s service and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, escort to tables and present menus.
- Maintain daily log entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
- Set up the dining room and assist with service as needed.
- Handle reservations and special function arrangements.
- Follow HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
