Landmark Hospitality is seeking a confident, phone‑savvy communicator to serve as the first point of contact for couples and clients interested in hosting events at our venues. This entry‑level, part‑time position involves responding to inbound leads via phone, text, and email, guiding prospects through initial planning steps and scheduling venue tours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to wedding and event inquiries through phone, email, and text.
• Schedule venue tours and match leads with the most suitable Landmark property based on style, size, location, and availability.
• Log communications and manage appointment schedules using internal systems.
• Follow up with leads to ensure no inquiry falls through the cracks.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions after a tour is booked.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, phone‑based communication, or scheduling.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Quick learner who can absorb venue details and adapt conversations to client needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with email, texting platforms, CRMs, or scheduling tools.
• Ability to use internal communication and appointment‑management systems.
