Festival Manager & Promoter

About the role

By Landmark is launching a new Festival Division and seeks an experienced Festival Manager & Promoter to build and lead this initiative from the ground up. You will shape the division’s identity, develop formats, and drive a multi‑city festival program while partnering with executive leadership and creative agency Pie Lab.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative and strategic development of the Festival Division, establishing brand identity and market positioning.
• Build and manage the Festival Division team, establishing operational processes and standards.
• Develop master plans for each festival, handling timelines, budgets, logistics, permitting, licensing, and insurance.
• Source and negotiate vendor agreements with food artisans, wineries, breweries, musicians, and experiential partners.
• Secure sponsorships, create activation concepts, and drive ticket sales through multi‑channel marketing.
• Own the division P&L, track financial performance, and deliver post‑event reports with KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience planning and executing festivals or large‑scale events in a leadership role.
• Background in food & beverage, culinary events, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams and drive measurable growth in ticket sales.
• Experience securing and activating brand sponsorships.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Availability for significant evening and weekend hours around festival dates.
