Area Partner – Multi-Unit Operations Leader

About the role

The Area Partner is a senior operational leader responsible for the financial performance, guest experience, and people leadership of a portfolio of restaurants, event venues, and boutique hotels. Reporting directly to the President, you will shape operating rhythm, develop General Managers, and own P&L outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership across the portfolio, including revenue growth, cost discipline and EBITDA.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets and rolling forecasts with each General Manager.
• Ensure consistent execution of Landmark standards across rooms, F&B, banquets, service and facilities.
• Lead margin and productivity initiatives such as labor optimization and demand‑based scheduling.
• Provide operational leadership for new openings and support system rollouts.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive hospitality operations experience, with at least 5 years in multi‑unit leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and track record of driving financial outcomes in high‑volume environments.
• Experience leading and developing General Managers and senior property operators.
• Comfort with evenings, weekends, holidays and new openings in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical fluency with ability to interpret P&L, labor reports and guest scores.
• Experience with hospitality systems such as Restaurant365, Toast, Paycom, TripleSeat or Opera.
