Part-Time Closing Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is a global apparel brand known for its iconic denim and commitment to sustainability. As a Closing Supervisor you will join the store management team, driving operational excellence, brand equity and customer satisfaction during the closing shift.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist and coach associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
