About the role
LedgerGurus is seeking a part‑time Accounting Manager to lead client accounts remotely. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling financial tasks and managing a team of specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, answer questions, and provide solutions.
- Analyze financial data, create monthly and annual reports, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain financial records, support audits and reconciliations.
- Train and supervise accounting specialists.
- Collaborate with the sales‑tax team and learn eCommerce and inventory accounting.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Self‑starter able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Required skills
- QuickBooks (preferred).
