About the role

The Parking Lot Attendant leads the operation of Foellinger Theatre parking facilities, ensuring safe and efficient service for patrons. Reporting to the Theatre Assistant Manager Operations, the role involves supervising staff, coordinating with security, and handling incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate parking lot operations and staff.
• Monitor parking behavior with security lead and address confrontational users professionally.
• Provide civilian leadership alongside city police and private security for theatre grounds.
• Inspect lots, report physical issues, and recommend operational improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports and document incidents per department policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in public safety/security or related field.
• Outstanding customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
