Parking Attendant / Gelato Scooper

About the role

Ultramar is looking for an energetic individual to manage parking operations and serve gelato from the Dos Elena’s gelato truck. The role combines guest greeting, traffic control, and food service in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, direct vehicles to appropriate parking spots, and ensure safe traffic flow.
• Collect parking fees, issue tickets, and operate the cash register for both parking and gelato sales.
• Scoop, present, and serve gelato and coffee, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking area and gelato truck throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies, handle opening and closing procedures, and support teammates as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
