Paralegal – Onsite in NYC

About the role

We are a leading international trade law firm seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our New York City office. This onsite role supports a team of attorneys, acting as a primary contact for internal and external clients while leveraging technology to improve workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with special programs and daily office tasks.
• Provide high‑level administrative support, including data management and process streamlining.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Utilize Salesforce, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to manage information and reporting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a paralegal supporting multiple attorneys.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Windows‑based software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technology quickly.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills, with the capacity to manage multiple assignments independently.
