Paralegal – Litigation

About the role

The West Palm Beach office of Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a detail‑oriented, experienced paralegal to support commercial litigation matters, with a focus on commercial real‑estate foreclosure procedures. You will manage case files, prepare legal documents, conduct research, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Format, draft, file, and serve pleadings and other legal documents.
• Docket and monitor calendars for case management, trial, foreclosure, and other critical deadlines.
• File documents using State and Federal electronic court filing systems.
• Prepare, organize, and manage discovery and responsive documents.
• Prepare deposition summaries and related materials.

Required profile

• Experienced paralegal with strong understanding of commercial litigation procedures.
• Familiarity with state and federal discovery rules and foreclosure processes.
• Knowledge of real‑estate law, especially commercial real‑estate foreclosures.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic court filing systems.
• Experience using case‑management software.
