About the role

Our client, a prominent Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Business Associate for their West Palm Beach office. The successful candidate will advise on corporate transactions, contract matters, and general business counseling for a sophisticated client base.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and related agreements.
Handle contract matters and deliver general business counseling to clients.

Required profile

J.D. from an accredited law school.
2–5 years of transactional experience.
Florida bar admission or eligibility.
