About the role

Mangone Law Firm, a New Jersey-based immigration law firm founded in 2012, is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Immigration Legal Team Coordinator to join its team remotely. The role leads a bilingual (English-Spanish) immigration legal team, keeping processes running smoothly, deadlines met and quality high.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate an immigration legal team and oversee day-to-day work
• Ensure deadline compliance and the quality of information collected
• Collect client information completely and accurately before each case
• Review the team's work, catch errors or gaps and identify areas for process improvement
• Give feedback and direction to the team and write clear, actionable pre-consultation notes

Required profile

• Prior experience leading or coordinating an immigration legal team
• Proven experience gathering client information accurately ahead of cases
• Attention to detail and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple cases and people at once
