Paid Social Manager

About the role

Ramp is scaling its paid social efforts to acquire new businesses. The Paid Social Manager will own day‑to‑day operations of Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, from setup through optimization, and will help shape budget allocation and testing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Operate paid Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok programs, handling campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting and daily optimization.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, audience targeting and testing.
• Own smaller campaigns and product launches end‑to‑end, from stakeholder alignment to post‑launch analysis.
• Partner with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, product marketers and analytics teams to bring campaigns to market.
• Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats and placements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to own initiatives from brief through launch.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, test‑and‑learn environment.
• Proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with strong cross‑functional communication.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with TikTok advertising platform.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable decisions.
