Packaging Technician

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Technician to support our packaging operations in a clean‑room environment. The role focuses on meeting production goals while ensuring that quality, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team and assist other packaging employees.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies.
• Apply the company’s Quality System and relevant federal or international standards.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the packaging area.
• Perform all packaging activities, including work in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
• Maintain a clean workspace, document cleaning activities, and keep records in both physical and electronic formats.
• Document all required activities according to procedures.
• Support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in clean‑room operations or medical‑device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with record keeping.
• Ability to work safely in a cleanroom environment.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including use of the Office Suite, email, and internet browsing.
