Packaging National Account Manager

About the role

Signode is seeking a Packaging National Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with high‑value, national‑scope customers. You will drive growth through retention and expansion, working closely with key decision‑makers across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute account plans to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Lead relationship and product adoption activities for accounts assigned by Business Development Executives.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and develop Joint Business Plans with top volume customers.
• Penetrate all levels of assigned accounts, including executives, buying, logistics, service, and replenishment teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
