About the role
We are actively contracting motivated Owner-Operator drivers with their own authority to run consistent freight across multiple trailer types. Our experienced dispatch team provides 30+ years of logistics expertise to support local, regional, and over‑the‑road operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, experienced dispatch support for each driver.
- Source consistent loads across a variety of trailer types.
- Negotiate rates and offer market guidance.
- Coordinate compliance and documentation.
- Maintain a two‑dispatcher team to ensure reliable service.
Required profile
- Active MC Authority (preferred).
- Valid insurance coverage.
- CDL‑A license.
- Owner‑operated truck ready for dispatch.
- Professional communication and readiness to run.
