Overnight RN – 1:1 Home Care in Tucson

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Tucson Skilled team as an Overnight Registered Nurse providing one‑on‑one home care for geriatric or pediatric clients. You will travel to a client’s home, deliver compassionate care throughout the night, and document all clinical activities.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s residence on a self‑selected schedule and provide 4‑12 hour overnight shifts.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Deliver hands‑on care with autonomy, including tracheostomy care when needed.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; tracheostomy care experience preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy (trach) care.
• Clinical assessment and documentation.
