Overnight Registered Nurse – Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide overnight private‑duty care for clients ranging from infants to adults. You will work one‑on‑one with a client in their home, delivering hands‑on care on a schedule you choose.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the assigned client’s residence and follow the agreed‑upon overnight shift (8, 10 or 12 hours).
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations.
• Report any changes in the client’s status to the Clinical Manager and physician.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, active RN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ability to perform patient assessments and document clinical findings.
• Proficiency in following and implementing doctors’ orders.
