Overnight In-Room Dining Server (Part-Time)

About the role

Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown Atlanta is looking for a part-time Room Service Delivery Attendant to deliver overnight in-room dining. The role is the face of the hotel's hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for, from delivering meals with precision to anticipating guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages and amenities promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts or in-room dining tables with precision and care.
• Greet guests warmly, explain orders and answer questions professionally.
• Ensure orders meet hotel presentation standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in room service areas, clearing used trays and restocking supplies.
• Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines and attend mandatory training and meetings.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Warm, service-oriented professional who delivers guest experiences with a genuine smile.
• Clear communicator, able to talk confidently and courteously in person and by phone.
• Detail-driven, ensuring every tray, cart and table setup meets high presentation standards.
• Adaptable team player who works well with kitchen and bar teams.
• Dependable, positive and reliable.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
