Overnight Concierge – Residential Community

About the role

The Overnight Concierge provides essential resident services during night hours, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, and visitors. This role ensures a welcoming environment, smooth operations of community amenities, and timely communication of local resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment, cleanliness, and readiness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and working in all weather conditions.

Required profile

• Ability to work overnight shifts and be on‑site during night hours.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift moderate weights.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
