About the role

Edina My Burger is hiring full‑time and part‑time team members to work in both back‑of‑house (BOH) and front‑of‑house (FOH) positions across its 11 locations and food truck. This is a fast‑paced QSR environment that rewards hard work and offers room for growth.

Key responsibilities

BOH duties: operate grill, fryers, shakes/malt station, and toppings area.
FOH duties: handle cash register, serve customers, and act as shift lead when needed.
Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, prep, closing tasks, and store organization under the direction of the Kitchen Manager or Shift Supervisor.

Required profile

Willingness to perform all team tasks, including dishwashing.
Ability to follow instructions from managers and supervisors.
Strong customer‑service mindset, hospitality, and teamwork orientation.
