About the role
Uptown My Burger is seeking enthusiastic team members for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions. The role offers room for growth within a fast‑growing, family‑owned burger chain.
Key responsibilities
- Back‑of‑house duties include grilling, shake/malt preparation, fryers, and toppings.
- Front‑of‑house duties include cashiering and shift lead responsibilities.
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, prep, closing duties, and store organization as directed by management.
Required profile
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow direction from Kitchen Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Restaurant Manager.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and legendary hospitality.
