About the role
My Burger is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Skyway location in Minneapolis. This full‑time, daytime‑only position runs Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑3 pm, offering a balanced work‑life schedule without nights or weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Lead both front‑of‑house and kitchen teams during daily service.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational systems, food quality, and service standards.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to maintain high performance.
- Drive sales growth through disciplined execution and operational excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑run restaurant environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Ability to work confidently in both kitchen and front‑of‑house positions.
- Hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front leadership style with strong team‑first attitude.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales through systems, execution, and attention to detail.
