• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered outcomes and evidence‑based practice.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
