About the role

The Outpatient Pharmacist (SUP) delivers comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients in the outpatient setting, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication use while supporting clinicians and the broader health‑care team.

Key responsibilities

• Review physician medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
• Dispense prescription medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients, caregivers, and health‑care professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication therapy and resolve drug‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with regulatory and institutional standards.

Required profile

• Active pharmacist licensure in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
• Clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
