Outpatient Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient services to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities throughout McLean, VA. The position can be full‑time, part‑time, or PRN.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outpatient occupational therapy visits in senior living facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative and skilled nursing care.
• Travel within the assigned territory to serve multiple community locations.

Required profile

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Virginia.
• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program or meet experience‑based qualifications.
• At least one year of supervised OT assistant experience.

Required skills

• Ability to provide occupational therapy interventions for adult and geriatric populations.
• Willingness to travel to assigned senior living communities.
