Outbound Telesales Representative III

About the role

This hybrid position requires you to work from the office on Monday and Tuesday while focusing on consultative outbound sales. You will drive new business, develop key relationships, and showcase LexisNexis legal products to prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business through high‑volume cold calling and follow‑up in the assigned territory.
• Learn, demonstrate, and become certified on LexisNexis world‑class legal products.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven lead generation or inside‑sales experience with 50‑100 outbound calls per day.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail‑oriented and able to follow defined processes.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using a CRM system.
