Outbound Account Executive

About the role

CINC, the leading real‑estate CRM and website provider in North America, is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to join its sales team. You will drive new business by selling SaaS solutions to real‑estate agents and brokerages, delivering a high‑impact sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and advance opportunities through the full sales cycle using a consultative, solution‑oriented approach.
• Deliver product and sales presentations that showcase CINC’s advanced functionality and value proposition.
• Engage top‑performing real‑estate agents and brokerages via phone, email, and in‑person to adopt CINC’s lead generation and CRM software.
• Manage pipeline stages, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of quota‑carrying sales experience with external hires.
• Track record of achieving 100%+ of quota.
• Experience selling SaaS licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market.
• Experience managing both transactional and complex sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Strategic prospecting and objection handling.
• Strong rapport‑building and active listening.
• Closing techniques and product knowledge.
