Account Advisor – Client Success & Growth

About the role

CINC, the leading real‑estate CRM provider in North America, is looking for a relationship‑driven Account Advisor to support and expand its existing client base. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client needs and delivering a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing clients.
• Build long‑term relationships by understanding client goals, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, share insights, and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of solutions.
• Collaborate with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
• Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and identify retention opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM data.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify client needs and align solutions.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with revenue responsibility.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with customer success platforms.
