About the role

Revere Health is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty to join a high‑volume, physician‑led orthopedics department in Vineyard, Utah. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive, value‑based care for patients with degenerative joint disease.

Key responsibilities

• Perform primary and revision total joint procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as physical therapists and primary care providers.
• Maintain patient‑centered care aligned with value‑based medicine principles.
• Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage with the local medical community to grow referral networks.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Valid Utah medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
