Orthopedic Sales Representative (Cleveland)

About the role

Arthrex Cleveland, an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, is looking for an Orthopedic Sales Representative for the Cleveland area. The representative meets and exceeds sales objectives, builds and maintains customer relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and advises surgeons in the operating room about Arthrex products and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory by building strong business relationships and implementing sales strategies.
• Communicate with current and new accounts about product updates, portfolio changes and educational programs.
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
• Resolve account problems and support compliance and confidentiality.
• Receive coaching, training or mentoring from the sales manager and share knowledge with peers.
• Maintain training in sales skills, product features and benefits, and collect competitive data.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours when required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Comfortable in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, operating room protocols and the ability to learn technical information, anatomy and indications.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Current driver's license and access to your own transportation.

• Commission-driven mindset, strong public speaking and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and independently.
