Organizational Design Consultant

About the role

Join Pyrovio’s fast‑growing Strategy & Operations practice as an Organizational Design Consultant. You will work remotely with clients in the US (EST/CST) on strategy, transformation and operational projects for asset‑intensive industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client projects on time, on budget and to Pyrovio’s quality standards, producing well‑structured written and presentation deliverables.
• Develop deep understanding of client operating models, translate assessments into organizational tools, data models and frameworks.
• Support client delivery managers, create industry‑focused analyses and competitive insights.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of consulting or corporate strategy/operations experience, preferably in asset‑heavy sectors.
• Strong research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement and change‑management capabilities.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with knowledge of technology and financials.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (desired).
• Prosci change‑management certification (desired).
• PMI/PMP project‑management certification (desired).
