Order Management Specialist

About the role

ABB is hiring an Order Management Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager. The role covers internal and external customer service, including technical support, order and payment assistance and claims management, with coordination across functions to own each case and raise customer satisfaction. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues, including order, technical and payment-related ones.
• Provide solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams on order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication, account blocks and suspensions, and more.
• Collect and archive order documentation and record assumptions and decisions in the systems.
• Analyze statistics such as forecasting and pacing using available tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service in high-stress environments.
• Work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
• Preferred: previous knowledge of order management and order processing.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills.
