About the role

Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a qualified oral surgeon to join its Austin practice, focusing exclusively on wisdom teeth removal and other extractions. The practice provides full clinical control while handling all marketing, insurance, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wisdom teeth extractions and other oral surgical procedures.
• Provide sedation under the direction of certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs).
• Maintain 100% clinical control while collaborating with the practice’s marketing and administrative teams.
• Adapt work schedule to 12 days per month or a flexible part‑time arrangement as preferred.

Required profile

• Licensed oral surgeon with experience in extractions and sedation management.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, specialty‑focused environment.
• Willingness to engage with a practice model that emphasizes clinical autonomy and business support.

Required skills

• Oral surgery procedures, including wisdom teeth removal.
• Sedation administration and monitoring in coordination with CRNAs.
